Ordering Guidelines

In accordance with the COVID-19 Phase 1 safety protocols, we have made the following adjustments to our dining guidelines. Our ordering process remains the same.

  • Meals may be consumed either inside or outside your vehicle on the premises
  • If eating outside of your vehicle, please stand only on the driver’s side of your vehicle at either the front or rear of the vehicle
  • Please refrain from staging tables/chairs. After consuming your meal, please exit the parking area to allow others to enter
  • In accordance with Board of Health guidelines, the patio and lawn areas are prohibited from use. Please refrain from gatherings amongst vehicles and maintain 6ft distancing from those not in your vehicle’s party
  • Please discard refuse of purchased meal at barrels located at front corners of the building
  • Temporarily, we are offering food items, frappes, and creamsicles only. We will not be offering any ice cream products, hard or soft.

Ordering Guidelines:

  • Orders cannot be called in or placed online. Orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis
  • Only one person per party
  • Whether waiting indoors or out, all customers must adhere to 6 ft. distancing and be wearing a face mask.
  • Distance markers have been established outside, please follow them to form a line as shown by yellow lines in the photo, wrapping around building onto brick walkway. While waiting in line, be respectful to others regarding distancing. Be nice to one another.
  • At the entrance door there will be a green light and a red light. If green, please enter the building. If red, please wait where the door’s concrete ramp meets the pavement.
  • Upon entering the building, if there is no one in line, go directly to the food ordering register. If there is a line, move to the next closest 6ft marker and wait to be called by the register attendee to place your order.
  • After your order has been placed, the register attendee will give you an order number and direct you where to stand. Upon your number being called, present your numbered receipt, receive your order and promptly exit the building. As customers leave, we are able to bring new customers in.
